Specification of Sc Johnson Sanitation J-80 Sanitizer (Cutlery) 4L 1Pc
Sanitary product for cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as for cooking processing area that has been cleaned before. J-80 Sanitizer fights illness-inducing germ that causes food poisoning.
Advantages :
- Save time and energy because you don't need to wash when you use 200 ppm concentrate.
- Applicable manually or using mechanic sprayer.
- Work effectively even with water with high level of mineral. Applicable for water sanitation with level of mineral density up to 700 ppm.
Application.
For sanitation on the surface of food processing utensils such as meat slicer, meat mincer, or working spot:
- Wash the utensils first with detergent and wash them clean.
- Prepare J-80 Sanitizer solution with 1:128 ratio (200ppm).
- Wet the surface well with J-80 Sanitizer solution using a spray bottle.
- Let the surface dry naturally. Do not wash or wipe.
For sanitation on the surface of processing table and display:
- Clean the surface first with detergent and wash it well.
- Prepare J-80 Sanitizer solution with 1:128 ratio (200ppm).
- Wet the surface well with J-80 Sanitizer solution using a spray bottle.
- Let the surface dry naturally.
For cutlery sanitation:
- Wash the cutlery with detergent.
- Wash it clean.
- Prepare J-80 Sanitizer solution with 1:128 ratio (200ppm) in a bucket for sanitation purpose only.
- Dip the cutlery for at least 2 minutes.
- Take it out of water and leave to dry naturally.
Attention : Change the sanitation solution for every shift changes or if it has turned so very dirty. Use Queaternary Test Kit to test the solution density level.
